Weekly Recap: 12 Weeks Until the Paris Marathon

Brief and candy recap this week of coaching for the Paris Marathon!

Monday: I used to be heading out the door for an early run once I realized that my 12:40 flight from Heathrow to JFK was cancelled- simply cancelled, no rationalization, no rebooking…Fortuitously my EA was capable of ebook me on an earlier flight on a distinct airline. The remainder of the day was full of conferences after which a dinner.

Thursday: I had a 5 am uber to JFK for my flight again to London. It was mainly a day that by no means actually existed since I left NYC early and landed in London “late.” Fortuitously I may bathe and go proper to mattress. Friday: WFH day, thank goodness! Dustin and I ran 7 miles collectively; we did’t carry Ruth as a result of it was raining and she or he hates working within the rain, however it had stopped once we bought again so I took her out for a bonus 1.5 miles within the Heath. 8.5 miles complete.

Saturday: Again to Heathrow for a flight to Geneva to go snowboarding in Verbier! I’m scripting this week off almost about Paris coaching, as I by no means have nice luck working once we are on a ski/snowboarding journey. I introduced my stuff, however think about it received’t occur a lot…

Sunday: First day snowboarding in Verbier; hoping it goes properly! Will report again.
