Sunday: 7.5 mile run with Ruth and Dustin adopted by Pilates at Heartcore.

It’s going to be a busy week ahead- Beyonce on Tuesday at Tottenham stadium, after which my mother-in-law arrives for a week-long go to; her first time visiting us since we moved right here about 3 years in the past! (Not her first time in London although.)
