Monday: Simple 7 mile run earlier than work. That night, we went to a different play, this time Oedipus with Rami Malek (from Bohemian Rhapsody and Mr. Robotic) and Indira Varma. It was a contemporary tackle the Shakespeare play- superb! A a lot better play than Thursday’s was (in my view, however everybody likes various kinds of exhibits!)
Sunday: I ran to Hyde park and related with my pal Katy and her pal Vivian from Seattle that I had met earlier than; Vivian is round my tempo (Katy is far sooner, however was operating with us), and he or she was doing 6×10 min at an 8:20-8:30 tempo so I hopped into her exercise.
